As a committed group of public service organizations, COFFY’s common goal is to help agencies build a stronger foundation and increased capacity to serve youth and families residing in Gary, Indiana. COFFY’s Mission is to build an active network that strengthens community organizations which provide opportunities for the healthy development of families and youth in the City of Gary.
